A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), Nicholas has over 14 years’ experience working across the construction, housing and regeneration sectors.
He advises Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Developers and Asset Owners on complex building defects, helping clients identify root causes, establish liability and deliver effective remediation solutions.
His expertise includes water ingress investigations, façade and structural defects, fire safety concerns, lift and M&E failures, warranty recovery, contractor management and remediation project delivery. Nicholas is particularly experienced in working within occupied residential developments, balancing technical requirements with resident, stakeholder and commercial considerations.
